Honoring Legacy.
Empowering Communities.
Established in 2019, the Omasiri foundation for Women and Youths Empowerment initiative is a registered, structured humanitarian engine carrying forward the compassionate vision of Late Lolo Gladys Omasiri Onyirimba.

The Legacy of Late Lolo Gladys Omasiri Onyirimba
She was called to glory on the 5th of December, 2016. Throughout her earthy journey in Umuori Ndibekwere, Enugu Agu Achi, she lived a silent, powerful life of absolute devotion to human development. She quietly clothed widows, distributed agricultural produce to struggling families, and took care of orphaned children.
To immortalize her humanitarian spirit, her son, Mazi Dr. Ezenwa Anthony A. Onyirimba, formally structured her legacy in 2019 into the Omasiri foundation for Women and Youths Empowerment initiative. Every bag of food, every agricultural cooperative grant, and every single youth trained in enterprise represents a continuous extension of her warm embrace.
Mazi Dr. Ezenwa Anthony A. Onyirimba, PhD
Entrepreneur · Leader for Awgu/Aninri/Oji-River LGA
As an eminent leader, scholar, and businessman, Mazi Dr. Ezenwa Anthony Alaemezie Onyirimba has designed the foundation to function not just as an aid organization, but as an engine of real community-led economic change.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), a Master's degree from the ESUT Business School, and was honored with a Doctorate degree in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to humanitarian leadership and grassroots community advancement.
Dr. Onyirimba is deeply committed to rural co-operative structures. His core philosophy focuses on empowering widows from being aid recipients to smallholder business owners, and equipping youth with digital and vocational skill assets so they can build independent livelihoods in Nigeria.
“Our people deserve more than temporary charity. They deserve capabilities. True governance and leadership lie in setting up platforms where rural women and youths can build their own security, master catfish farming, and cooperatively trade with dignity.”

Our ultimate validation lies in the tangible economic outcomes and restoration of dignity inside rural Enugu households.
“The Omasiri foundation gave me 40 fingerlings and taught me how to construct a low-budget pond. Today, my fish farm feeds my household and generates independent income for my children's school fees.”
